So sold items as unbranded custom models! the originals rrp for these is £3000+ I sold for £200 they want to rerun but I don’t do reruns what should I do ??

If they are not original then they are fake. Fakes are not allowed on ebay or anywhere as they are illegal

Did they have a brand name on them at all or did you say "like" or similar

You can not campare an original price with the price of a fake

You can not put on the listing " Sold as Seen "

How can they be bought sold as seen if you are posting them

If the buyer claims not as described then you do accept returns

We all do

The buyer opens a dispute for not as described and once they do then you send a pre paid label for the return

Once you have your item back then you refund in full through the resolution centre
