I understand that but it's not right that the company cannot be challenged. There is a deficit akin to relations between workers and employers during the industrial revolution which fermented the trade unions.

I sold an item and the buyer was away and asked me to delay postage. EBay automatically gave me a defect for failing to achieve my turnaround target. I have rung them twice to have this defect removed and on each occasion had to wait over an hour before connecting to an agent. Both agents said the defect would be removed and yet it still remains.
I am at the end of my tether with eBay's customer service and think this juggernaut is long overdue challenge from its sponsors (us) who are being treated like trash.

Theres nothing you can do except call them again.

How are you going to challenge them?

eBay answers only to eBay.

There might have been but that doesn't do any good with eBay.
If you come up with a solution, I'm sure many will be interested.
