    <description>is it that even though the seller has agreed for me to return it, I still have to open a case myself?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Can you help..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am returning an item as agreed by the seller, however, I cannot find the&amp;nbsp;sold listing anywhere to activate the delivery of the return. Is there a separate area for returns.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It isn't&amp;nbsp;listed on my bought items, it's almost like the item has disappeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use&amp;nbsp; a laptop / PC then go top left on your Purchase History page and click on Not Hidden,&amp;nbsp; your item should appear then.&amp;nbsp; To the right you will see ' Return this item'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is for an item not as described,&amp;nbsp; that is,&amp;nbsp; it is&amp;nbsp; faulty in some way,&amp;nbsp; then you need to open a case fior item not as described in the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages.&amp;nbsp; You will find your item there,&amp;nbsp; and the case then will enforce the seller to pay for that fully tracked return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For a straight return , for item does not fit / change of mind ,&amp;nbsp; you pay for that postage,&amp;nbsp; make sure it is tracked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Find the item as I have explained above,  and proceed as I have explained,  if an app or phone is not showing your purchase switch to a laptop / PC.  The seller does not open cases you have to do that.</description>

      <description>Excellent,  remember the seller has 8 days to finalise this with you,  if the label does not arrive in that time,  or the refund,  do not forget to escalate on days 9 - 21.   If the seller has not paid for the return of an item not as described,  then you will not have to post it back.</description>
