Sales reporting not downloading

Anyone having issues downloading?

Tried on diffrent networks and laptops - but nothing downloads

Different browsers have all been tried - but it appears to just sit there waiting

As the networks tried are different so are the firewalls also - nothing blocking

Ideas? thanks

I have not seen any other reports

It is always worth trying the usual thilngs

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

The other thing is to check to make sure the browser you are using is up to date

Google the browser updates to check

If using the ap then they are very problematic

Hopefully something may work but it is trial and error

Thanks for the reply - when stated different laptops I should have been more clearer - that all those options have been tried

It is best to leave the first post and add to it.

if you have tried all those things then try googling to see if there is an answer to your problem there
If nothing works then all you can do is to contact ebay
As said it does not seem to be a problem on here at the moment but could be wrong

Just spoke to Ebay and it is a known issue and has been looked into since approx beginning of dec 18

Last update is that it may take up to 60mins to download - so maybe click download and leave it for a while?
