The parcel has arrived, in fact 3 days ago, but eBay have not sent the buyer a barcode to retrieve it and Spar won't let him have it without it. Ebay have said something about an estimated delivery date or some such to the buyer, I don't understand what they're getting at really. It was sent tracked and sign for and it's been delivered and signed for, so it's definitely there. Has anyone had any problems with eBay and Spar click and collect? Is it a know issue? If so how is it rectified?
