I don;t know what your experience is but, I have found SpeedPAK delivery to be anything but speedy.

It's is not the Chinese connection but, the UK connection that is bothersome, with a distinct lack of info., to boot.

For example I had 2 orders, made on the same day, on Chinese suppliers. One didn't use SpeedPAK and their goods arrived some days ago.

My SpeedPAK order has landed in UK, 18th October. It is now 22nd October, 4 days, and still no news of any movement and no news on chosen UK courier.

It all seems lucky-dip to me, UK wise.

SpeedPAK is NOT working as it should, with no movement in 4 days.

What's your opinion?

Was you item over £15.Could it be stuck in customs as that can delay things

Both parcels were over £15 and only the SpeedPAK one has no movement.

If it was over the £15 and customs had not been paid in advance the it could it be in customs?
Some items do get through without being stopped but if this one has been stopped then that will delay things and you would have to pay it that is the case.

Goods Over £15 bought from outside the EU you pay VAT plus a fee to the delivery company (RM is £8). If over £135 you also pay Customs Duty.
As the importer of the goods you are responsible for paying the customs or taxes for your own country.
It is nothing to do with the seller.
When you buy an item overseas then it says on the listing that you may occur other charges
If you do not pay then the item will go back to the seller and you lose your ebay money back guarantee so would be without the goods or the money.
