    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the new 'enhancement'&amp;nbsp; eBay have introduced for some sellers.&amp;nbsp; When you list use the advanced listing tool,&amp;nbsp; top right of the page after you select Sell.&amp;nbsp; That way you can de select the best Offer option.&amp;nbsp; The jury is still out whether eBay can still,&amp;nbsp; at a later&amp;nbsp; date,&amp;nbsp; add the BO.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be aware many&amp;nbsp; promotions for free listings,&amp;nbsp; have new T &amp;amp; C's,&amp;nbsp; one is that you need to add a best Offer to comply with that promo.&amp;nbsp; If you delist the BO from your listings ,&amp;nbsp; you may be cancelling any promotion,&amp;nbsp; and be charged 35p per listing.&amp;nbsp; Check the T &amp;amp; C's of any promotion you have activated and is in use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
