&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your 3 negtaives are all of the same ilk,&amp;nbsp; that is,&amp;nbsp; your customers did not receive their items.&amp;nbsp; The negatives are too old to rectify now,&amp;nbsp; but it could have been resolved at the time,&amp;nbsp; and a feedback revision sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp; some buyers do use the feedback system as a message board instead of first directly contacting the seller,&amp;nbsp; especially for a non received item.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm totally distraught that a buyer has left me 2 x negative feedbacks for ONLY 1 transaction. I make these gifts on my own so I know the exact quality that I make and send. I have made and sold&amp;nbsp;almost 12,000 of these items...how can 1 BUYER leave me 2 x negavive feedbacks and be right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I demand that sellers have the right to have the option for the buyer to return items to head office for to revaluate quality and remove negative feedback when appropriate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone agree?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so angry and upset. I put my life and soul into my business and do it all on my own. As you will all be aware it's not easy at the best of times.       <description>I have phoned them and was on phone for 40 minutes while the adviser explained she has also experienced this and also unable to remove it due to regulations and that the system won't allow her to remove it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I totally understand where you are coming from in regards to how many may be returned. However some products are from wholesale/manufacturer so some sellers may be aware of faults. In my case and anyone who knows their products inside and out is completely different. The money that is lost due unfair feedback via reputation is completely unjustified for sellers to keep a steady income for rent and bills etc. This is my only source of income and I literally put my life into it.</description>

How can you get two negatives for one item? Where are these negatives?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

In the last 12 months you have received 3 negatives, in each case the buyers do not appear to have used correct procedures for "Not Received" items and if dealt with properly you could probably have resolved the problems and asked them to revise the feedback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
