Accepting offer previously rejected on my item

I had an offer on my item that I rejected by mistake and want to accept it but I can’t find any details of who made offer.

Go to your messages >> Inbox >> from members. If the original offer does not allow you to accept or contact the member, then click on their username ID contact them via that ask if they are still interested you will accept their offer , and that the item is still listed.

Word of warning the item must be listed and you must make it clear in your messages that you require the buyer to bid / press the Buy it Now on the listing, otherwise it will look like you are trying to do an off eBay sale, and you will get a severe ticking off with restrictions!

Hi tressygirl, the it says the offer is from eBay and doesn’t show any details from members, is there anything else I can do ?

It must have the members details if the offer came from eBay, and came through from eBay's messaging system. What device are you using? An app or phone? These sometimes do not allow all aspects to be managed, useless things. Switch to a laptop / PC and see if that is more rewarding with information.

Hi tressygirl, I have tried on a laptop which is giving me the same info. I have tried to send a screen shot on this site but it isn’t letting me do so. It is definitely from eBay through the eBay message site

Then I'm afraid if it is not showing their details, and you cannot remember the bidder's ID name, you will not be able to contact them. Just relist the item, hopefully they will see it again, especially if it is relisted at their turned down offer price.
