You could make a claim to Shutl though they may say that the packaging wasn't appropriate.

If you are the seller then the buyer opens a not as described case....YOU refund & then try claiming through SHUTL......it is important to realise that SHUTL are not eBay.,.....simply an eBay partner & courier booking service

If you purchased the shipping via eBay then Hermes are not liable as the service was organised via SHUTL & it is they who MAY compensate you BUT the number of things they do not cover is more than what they do cover & the max compensation IF they pay is £25
