Respond to the case with the tracking info, it will close in your favour. If you feel the courier (Hermes are notoriously unreliable) may have misdelivered the item, work with them and the buyer to resolve once the case is closed.

I sold two items & sent via Hermes tracked post & the buyer has opened a case to say she hasn't received the item. I have provided proof through Ebay open case that the parcel was signed for by her neighbour, provided the name & time & have been in contact with Hermes who although slow & only available through webchat, have said the parcel was signed for 12 metres from the buyers door. They very cleverly know this through Gps tracking, but although able to tell me are unable to provide proof/

The buyer is still insisting that despite asking her whole tower block of 8 flats & neighbours, no exists of the name that signed for it or that her neighbours of 30 years are sure they never signed, despite Gps tracking saying someone did at 12 metres from delivery address.

I feel someone is lying here as theitems are brand new condition & although i sold two items, I packaged together & even gave a refund via paypal for some postage!

Feeling very cheated & how can this be resolved. In the meantime still waiting yet again for Hermes to contact re more info & proof as its me being made to be th fraud. Any advice please as this is quite stressful. Thank you
