Hello,

I'm quite new to eBay and I'm only a small seller but in the past 2 weeks I've not been able to make any sense of my watcher/views count.

I relist items because they haven't sold, presumably due to very low views, I drop the price, and yet I've got items on now that are showing 0 views and no watchers, 0 views but 2 watchers etc etc. I sell mainly vinyl records and had a reasonable number of sales to watchers over the past 3 months, now, all is chaos.

Anyone got any comments please.

• There are a number of issues regularly being raised on the messageboards at the moment ....so here is a brief summary & what to do.....
•
• APP ISSUES
•
• Purchase History being shown in full.......eBay are aware & this will probably require the next update to fix
•
• Payment problems with Paypal requiring a connection even though connected to the Internet .......this is a long standing issue which happens occasionally.........log into eBay with a web browser & use the Pay Now link which will allow you to pay

• Messages being sent to the sender not the intended recipient - log into eBay with a web browser & use the messaging option from there
•

• General Issues
•
• View Counter not working - eBay are aware and are working on a solution but this is only cosmetic as items are still being viewed & watched - The counter means nothing.....items are still visible & being viewed & itr does not affect the chances of an item seling

• Business Seller Returns Policy Requirement For Auctions - Not clear at this time if this is now a requirement in closing a loophole or a bug

The view counter has been broken for about 3 weeks, ebay are aware and are trying to fix it.

It doesn't mean potential buyers aren't looking at your listings though.

View counter has been broken for weeks, does not mean your items are not being viewed.
