Before eBay set up click and collect, why didn't they sort things better for non collected. If the buyer had to pay return postage for an item they e failed to collect, they would be more likely to collect. I assume I'm correct in that the return postage will be charged to me. And then if course there's the resend amount to haggle about.

there is no 'return postge' to pay,

the item is just returned to you.

The item will be returned to you at no cost

BUT

You will have to refund everything the buyer paid initially.......unless they want it resending to their HOME ADDRESS where you can charge them P&P again

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OFFER C&C.....it is your choice
