    <description>Hi, Yes I did that with Paypal. I feel it is wrong that I can't leave feedback, The item I purchased had a long postal timeline and I feel it was done this way purposely so that by the time I dispute it, it has gone past the 60 day timeline which I am assuming is why I can't leave negative feedback?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased an item from someone which never arrived. I use the app on my phone and my pc and the item I never recieved is 'unavailable' and I can't leave feedback!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how this can happen? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;I did open a request. But then nothing happened.&lt;BR /&gt;This morning the request was closed because I opened a dispute on PayPal.&lt;BR /&gt;I should still be able to leave feedback surely?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Did you open a &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;"not received"&lt;/FONT&gt; case in the resolution&amp;nbsp;centre? Nothing else would work.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After 8 days did you escalate the case?&amp;nbsp; If you have had the case closed and have now opened a "not received" case in Paypal that too should work and again you must escalate after 2 days and before 20.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If you did and the case still closed against you it is "possible" that the seller could show that the item was delivered. It is one of the constant complaints on eBay that all a seller needs to do is show that the item was delivered "somewhere"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the item is Unavailable then it will have been removed by ebay and if that is the case then you will not be able to leave feedback&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why are you going on so much about the feedback&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The important thing is too get your money back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you open a not recieved dispute you have to go back to the resolution centre after 8 full days and escalate it too ebay to get your money back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not do that then the case closes automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You dont open a dispute in paypal until you fail on ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>eBay did fail me which is why I went to PayPal&lt;BR /&gt;So will hopefully receive my money back&lt;BR /&gt;The reason I wanted to leave feedback is because it is my right to do so.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If ebay ended the listing then the item will have been reported for some reason&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes it is because the item is not allowed to be sold or some listing problem or a scam or hacked account&lt;BR /&gt;You really would not want to buy it that was the cse&lt;BR /&gt;If that happens and the item is removed then you phone ebay and ask them to open the dispute and then go back and escalate it after a full 8 days to get your money back. It has been known for the refund to be made earlier than the 8 days.&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't follow the timelines and conditions of the money back guarantee then you will not win an ebay dispute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the item has been removed then there is no item to leave feedback for.&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully you will get your money back on paypal but you have to escalate the dispute as soon as you can and within 20 days.</description>
