      <description>I won an item via auction and paid for it immediately, the payment is still pending after 11 days because the seller has not logged in to his PayPal to accept it. I believe this is a tactic because the item sold for much less than he was hoping for and he doesn't want to honour the sale. I have got to the point now that I have asked him to cancel the order so that I can get my money back, but he is ignoring all contact and my funds are tied up in this non transaction. How to proceed as eBay help has been no use at all.</description>
