A buyer wants me to invoice them for some items, how do I do this?

Have they purchased the items ??

Do they want a combined invoice for P&P ??

You cannot invoice before goods are purchased

• USING A WEB BROWSER NOT AN APP
•
• As long as your buyer is in the UK (or if overseas you do not sell through the Global Shipping Programme)
•
• Go to your My eBay Sold Items page
•
• Find one of the items sold to the buyer & to the right of that item select the "More Actions" link
•
• Click on this & then select "Send Total to Buyer"
•
• A Pro-Forma invoice will then appear showing all the purchases made by that buyer
•
• Overtype the P&P amount on that invoice with the new combined P&P price
•
• Click send (DO NOT HIT RESET)
•
• Job Done - The buyer will receive an invoice for all the goods with the single shipping price
