There is no other answer, there's nobody interested in offensive emails at eBay.
We here on the Member to Member board can't do anything except advise.
There used to be a report option but eBay got rid of it.
If your receiving any threats, contact the police.

Best to block them then they cannot contact you.
If you had already sold to them then the option might not work but you did say Potential Buyer.
