    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phoning who?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to track items online at the couriers or Royal Mail sites&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the case has closed due to the tracking showing as Delivered then you can not open another one on ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is still open then contact ebay and tell them the tracking is not correct&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can not escalate until 8 days after opening the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know the address at all?.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you fail on ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open a not received dispute with paypal and make sure they know the address is not the one on paypal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller has to prove they sent it too the address on paypal and that is was Delivered&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate the dispute as soon as you can but within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive been given a tracking number for a different address after phoning to track item that didnt arrive. now i cant escalte issue with ebay!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
