&lt;P&gt;This is to prevent eBay from being deluged with reports when there is a technical issue, which they will most likely be aware of if it's a site issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise how I contact Ebay (not by phone) to tell them about a technical issue which appears to be on their website?&amp;nbsp; I do wish Ebay would provide some method of reporting technical issues with the site, instead of wasting time trying to match the problem with the help files, which are not broad enough to report certain issues that are not common.&amp;nbsp; Any help files do not relate to technical issues, so it is a vicous circle.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&amp;nbsp; Thomas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I actually found a link (through umpteen other links) to technical support, but at the very last link there was a "technical problem" - maybe deliberate! So my repord did not get through. A Hopeless help system is my verdict. Thanks.</description>
