    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you just refund through paypal which is what you will have to do if the item was not as described then you will be left with the fees and a defect on your account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Phone ebay and tell them the buyer opened the dispute in paypal and you have refunded that way and see if they will refund the final value fees&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All disputes should be done through the resolution centre.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You dont just do it yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The buyer should have opened the disputse in ebay but there is nothing to stop them going straight to paypal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
