Are you browsing using an Apple device ??

Gammiss appears to be an adware program which affects the Safari browser in particular

Try browsing eBay using a different browser such as Firefox with the Adblock Plus extension added & enabled

There have been several questions about this lately.

You have unknowingly downloaded some malware onto your computer. These redirections won't be prevented by an ordinary ad blocker.

You need to download and run an anti malware programme to remove what's causing it. Malwarebytes anti-malware is very good, and free.

For more information enter gamiss in Google.
