      <description>&lt;P&gt;What actions have you taken?&amp;nbsp; Have you opened a case?&amp;nbsp; If not,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;open one now for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,&amp;nbsp; link at bottom of most pages,&amp;nbsp; enter the tracking number.&amp;nbsp; It gives the seller 8 days to refund you.&amp;nbsp; If they do not,&amp;nbsp; then escalate to eBay on day 9 and they step in and fully refund you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Good news it's sorted,  but annoying being paid with an e cheque!  Keep an eye on it,  it can take up to 10 days to clear. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; You should get an email when it does,  if it 'bounces'  and does not clear,  call Paypal to deal with this further.</description>
