ITEM DESCRIPTIONS MISSING!!!

Hi guys, sorry if this is already mentioned somewhere else, but the item descriptions seem to have gone AWOL from all my listings. I list through Auctiva and as far as I am aware the problem is not with them. If viewing on my phone or a tablet, when you click on the item description there is just a blank page, this is also the case with listings from other sellers. When viewed on my desktop computer there is now a narrow window on a virtually empty page which contains the item description that you now have to scroll through. There’s no wonder that sales are right down, is anyone else having the same issues? Is the new narrow window which you now have to scroll through just a glitch, or is this the new format? Very frustrating and off putting for customers!!!

Having l at your listings it certainly appears to be an issue with the way Auctiva listings appear

You may wish to try resolving this with them as although an eBay approved service provider, the tool is not an eBay tool
