    <description>&lt;P&gt;No one is doubting you that you have not got your item and it does happen sometimes for whatever reason.&lt;BR /&gt;Check all around the outside of your house as they can be left in the most unlikely places&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AS already said.&lt;BR /&gt;The seller sent the item if they have tracking and ebay will always go with the seller on those cases.&lt;BR /&gt;That is ebay policy and what we all sign up too. &lt;BR /&gt;Did you check the tracking to make sure it was your address.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should have an email from ebay saying when you can escalate the dispute too them so escalate it as soon as you can.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days from &amp;nbsp;the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do if an item was not received?&lt;BR /&gt;It is showing as delivered but never received it.&lt;BR /&gt;I just lost 30 quid for a set of tables and the seller does not seem to care I am the victim here as I am without money and goods.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If the seller has a valid tracking number which shows it was delivered to your address,&amp;nbsp; they ahve fulfilled their part of the transaction and will not have to refund.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You need to know who accepted thjis item,&amp;nbsp; a household member who forgot to tell you ?&amp;nbsp; A neighbour?&amp;nbsp; Is there a safe place around the house that theb postie may have left it?&amp;nbsp; Have you tried your local sorting / delivery office?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your advice. Yes the parcel appears as being 'delivered' but we were at home all day yday since it is furniture that we were waiting and noone ever arrived. No delivery card, no parcel...&lt;BR /&gt;The seller made me feel like a common thief and told me it was delivered and that I should go to the police. So nobody really cares and I lost my money. I find this apalling to say the least. I will open the investigation with ebay today. Many thanks again for the very useful advice.</description>

      <description>My husband and I were both at home all day so nobody even knocked at the door. We have dogs so couldnt have missed that. Neighbours are amazing...went to see them all, noone ever received anything and nothing was found outside the house. No delivery note was left as well. I cannot believe there is nothing I can do in this modern day amd age just call this scam. Is this how ebay works? I am mind blown to say the least.</description>

      <description>Thank you for the helpful advice. It happened once with amazon to be fair and no questions asked they replaced the item. Find it funny how the one one person who was prejudiced here has to go through hell and back to make complains and jump through hoops just because a courier decided they needed some furniture. How convenient isnt it? If it sais Delivered it must be delivered then. End of case. And the sucker gets it. Super impressed. NOT</description>

      <description>I also would not be impressed but the ways of dealing with these problems is too open  proper dispute and follow it through.&lt;BR /&gt;It is not that nobody cares but if you were the seller and the item showed Delivered would you be willing to retund the buyer?&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you done the ebay dispute?.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ebay and paypal money back guarantee is that if an item show as delivered then they go with the seller&lt;BR /&gt;If it does not show delivered then they go with the buyer and they get their refund&lt;BR /&gt;It would be very unfair if they went with the buyer in any event.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did the item on Amazon show as Delivered as I believe they have a similar system to ebay and would not refund if it showed delivered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>So more than 3 years ago I have ordered a Fitbit bracelet from amazon and although the parcel was showing as delivered we never got it. We ve complained to amazon via chat and they replaced it no questions asked, no humiliation, no stress involved. I have made a complaint with the carrier , cannot remember who they were and after a couple of weeks they came back saying the courier delivered the parcel to a diff address somewhere 2 3 miles down the road (Keresley rather than Corley, diff village, diff address altogether). So yes, you can deal with similar situations in a professional way which in my case it did not happen and I was treated like a common thief and scum and sent to the police. As long as the seller got their money the buyer can pretty much go to hell. I think this policy encourages foul play and generates a lot of customer dissatisfaction. But probably that is why amazon is amazon and you can sell your worn underwear on ebay. We will open a dispute with ebay and that is that. Money are already lost ...same as all my peace of mind.</description>

      <description>If you have not gone through the money back guarantee on ebay and paypal then how do you know your money is lost.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have only dealt with the seller then have you checked the address on the tracking is correct?.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you contact ebay in any way at all about this?.&lt;BR /&gt;It is was a similar case to Amazon and show as Delivered but not too your address then of course you would win the dispute on ebay or paypal. &lt;BR /&gt;All problems should be dealt with through the resolution centre.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
