    <description>&lt;P&gt;Open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,&amp;nbsp; link at bottom of most pages,&amp;nbsp; enter that tracking number.&amp;nbsp; It gives the seller 8 days to refund you,&amp;nbsp; if they do not the option to escalate to eBay appears.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate on day 9,&amp;nbsp; and they will refund you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not close the case early befote you are refunded,&amp;nbsp; and do not forget to escalate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Superdry Ebay Store return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Jacket from the Superdry shop here on Ebay in late January of this year,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the stitching on the jacket started to fall apart on both arms which i told them about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They asked me to send photo's of the jacket which i did, they then said they would be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happy to replace it or refund me the money i paid for it. They forwarded me a returns label&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i returned it to them recorded/tracked. It was delivered almost a week ago now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;according to Royal mail. Im now having a problem with the Superdry shop ignoring all my messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like ive been ripped off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just dont know what else to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
