People selling Netflix account

I bought a 12 month warranty Netflix account which worked for a little over 2 months, the seller didn't respond to email to fix the problem, called eBay who said not our problem as this is service not a product and asked me to contact PayPal, what can be done in such scenarios if the product they sold to work for 12 months stop working after 3 or 6 months or could be even 11 month

There is no money back guarantee on digitally delivered items but you could try Paypal.

Netflix isn't expensive, go to there website.

netflix accounts can't be sold on, so you shouldn't have purchased it through ebay,

digitally delivered items aren't covered by ebay or paypal, so you have lst your money,

you can only get a netfix account from netflix!
