If the item shows in your purchase history then you have bought it and should pay for it.If the seller is a business seller then the transaction can be cancelled,or the item returned for a refund.

I think you're probably right but the result doesn't help us to give a helpful answer. Perhaps it would be better if they tried shorter, simpler sentences.
