    <description>Which is worse...... a seller with 190000 positive &amp;amp; 7000 negative &lt;BR /&gt;OR&lt;BR /&gt;A seller with 100 positive &amp;amp; 4  negative ??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also negative feedback do not cause account defects....they reflect a buyers feelings about a transaction.....defects are only caused where the seller does not resolve the problem before eBay step in</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If its a very high volume seller then the negatives will likely be in proportion to the volume of sales&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's all in the numbers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.000 is a small number if they are a powerseller with over, say, 100,000 feedbacks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's where the feedback system falls down a bit as an occasional seller can be penalised for getting just 1 negative whereas a big business, no matter how dodgy, can get away with much worse merely as they sell a lot more.&lt;/P&gt;
