Hi please help , iv tryed to get help on here but I keep getting sent to the wrong thing , iv received my item back as the buyer wanted to return it , it has came back bamaged, I contacted her but all I got back was abuse and nastiness how can I sort out this problem , I am not going to be able to sell the item now as the marks are to the head and also the hat

We don't know why your buyer returned this item, bit if it was under eBay's money back guarantee and they can provide tracking proof of delivery Bay is likely to ignore anything you say and force you to refund them anyway. This has been the experience of many sellers who have posted here to complain. You may even get a defect on your account for disputing the return.

EBay has reportedly told some sellers that it's up to them to sue the buyer if the return was fraudulent. No-one says it's fair, but the system is massively biased in favour of the buyer.

Thankyou for your answer but I’m not about to let this woman off without a fight , she’s very affensive and quite nasty any other time I’d of just let it go but not this time x
