Hi. I believe that an item that is being sold was sold by another username. When the auction is won the seller doesn’t send the items. This seller has used a different user name but the location is the same. The photos of the item are exactly the same. I believe this person is selling by fraudulent means to gain the wining monies and doesn’t send the item. I don’t know how to report this as the categories do not give me this option.

If you do not receive your item by the time your estmated delivery date is passed, making allowances for the bad weather conditions of course. open a case for item not received here

Sorry haven't made myself clear. What I meant to say was that I had won an item but the seller didn't send it this was several weeks ago and this seller had no intention of posting any of the items as other buyers had the same issue. I've just been looking for another item of the same kind and have come across the above said item being sold again by another username. This person has 0 feedback and has recently opened their account. I believe this is the same person and that they again have no intention of posting their items. The photos are exactly the same and it is the exact same item that I didn't receive and had eBay step in to issue refund.
