&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not close the case early on any promise from the seller of a refund or replacement,&amp;nbsp; once closed it cannot be reopened.&amp;nbsp; let it run the full 8 days,&amp;nbsp; and if it is not resolved in that time,&amp;nbsp; do not forget to escalate.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Chasing a refund</title>

      <description>I recently purchased&lt;BR /&gt;4 pairs of jogging bottoms but only one fit so I got in touch with the seller who said to return the other 3 pairs in original packaging with a note and a reference number which I did. I sent it second class signed for on the 15th feb. The contact was very good from the seller until now. No refund has been given and no answer to my many insistent messages. All I seem to be able to find on the the help and contact is sorting a return but I have done that already. It's the refund I am having issue with. Can anyone help please? Many thanks.</description>
