      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a purchase of 4 new feather pillows from a business seller.&amp;nbsp; They didn't arrive by the specified time so I contacted the seller.&amp;nbsp; By dong that, it instigated an open case with resolution centre.&amp;nbsp; Now the pillows have arrived and are not as described in the picture advertised.&amp;nbsp; The picture shows full feather pillows.&amp;nbsp; The 4 that I received are only half full so do not match the description.&amp;nbsp; I have contacted the seller and attached photo's and have been advised to open a return case.&amp;nbsp; My issue is, I would have to close the initial case of non delivery because they have now been delivered.&amp;nbsp; But, it says if I close the case I would not be able to open another case for this same item.&amp;nbsp; But I need to open a return case for this same item!&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
