I have tried to sell my car and the buyer has not contact me I have looked at his feedback and he does this lot I have someone else on eBay but can't contact them can you help in any way

The only way to deal with non payers on eBay, is to open unpaid item cases, close them after 5 days, your sellers fees are refunded, the buyer gets a non payment strike, only then should you relist the item.

Two non payment strikes, and they will not be able to buy from the majority of sellers on eBay, and a build up of non payment strikes will eventually get them booted off the site.

Unfortuantely wrecking your auction, you will still have to pay the £10 listing fee for the vehicle, and it is payable again, if you wish to relist.

And you have helped him to have the opportunity to do it again by leaving positive feedback instead of opening an unpaid case.

If his feedback says he has done it a lot, then there must be lots of stupid sellers who think that leaving false positive feedback and losing their seller fees,and adding a nice positive to his feedback score, is better than taking the correct steps to get him banned from bidding.

Open an unpaid item dispute in the resolution centre. Go back and close it after 4 complete days. Your selling fee will be refunded and the buyer will get a non payment strike. He is only allowed one. If he already has one, or gets another he wll be banned from bidding for 12 months.

If those other sellers had done this, he would not have been able to bid on your item in the first place.

Unfortunately, the £10 listing fee and any upgrades you may have used are non refundable. Add his ID to your personal blocked bidder list.
