Hi all.

Recently, I purchased a t-shirt. But when it arrived it was far larger than any of the other XL t-shirts, by the same manufacturer, that I've recently purchased from, were.

The tops of the shoulders were halfway down my arms - so I duely contacted the seller to arrange a return.

They agreed to cover my return postage(as it stated on the ebay returns section that I would be charged £3.02 for using this printed out label) that ebay supplies...as this is not my fault but theirs.

The sellers agreed to refund me for the return postage costs, upon the return of the t-shirt.

So I sent it back & only received the original purchase price in refund - all of my attempts at communication have been ingored.

The seller states they will refund me in two seperate messages - do I have a right to claim the postage I have been wrongly charged for?

How & where do I do this please?

Thank you

No I'm afraid you cannot claim it back. If you had followed the directions in ebays money back guarantee, the seller could have been made to send you a pre paid label, but if you have already paid the return postage yourself, there is no way to claim it back afterwards. Ebay won't get involved, as they gave you the means to get a pre paid label.

The "mistake" was to have got into a discussion with the seller.

It sounds as if you opened a "return" rather than "not as described". Whatever the seller says there is no way you can force him to repay the postage I'm afraid
