Hi-I have a problem with the seller. I do not have the seller at all contact. The situation is as follows: I bought from the seller 4 items that were normally paid for but one thing was still bidding-I asked the seller to cancel the order because I don't want the dress anymore -auction Ended (which I won, although I wanted to resign from it-I wrote about this seller before the end of the auction)-after winning I wrote to the seller still canceled the purchase but still nothing-no news-suddenly go to ebay and was founded a dispute about Unpaid item Although I sent to the seller probably 4 messages about the cancellation of the item-What do I do in this situation?

you either pay or take the unpaid strike.

From your profile you knew how to retract bids.

You don't have a problem with the seller, the seller has a problem with you.

When you bid you enter a contract to purchase, buyers can't cancel orders once won, there is no facility to do so.

Sellers can cancel but are under no obligation what so ever to do so.

Seller got charged the final value fee as soon as the listing ended, the unpaid case is to get their final value fees back.

Why didn't you retract your bid ? You've done it 7 times before in the last 12 months, so you obviously know how to.
