Hi,

I'd like feedback from members re ebays new policies of buyers being able to return goods if a. they do not fit, b. Have changed their mind. or c. any other reason they want to choose,

It seems to me that ebay now want all sellers to operate on the basis they are running a catalogue where buyers can try items on and return them for any reasn they can think of, even if measurements of garments etc, are detailed on the listings. At the same time they also expect the seller to pay for the cost they have incurred in sending the item out, and maybe even the return costs.

It just seems like another mail in the coffin for the seller, and the complete dis-regard of protecting the seller.

You have a 14 day return policy in your listings so buyers are quite within their rights to return for change of mind, doesn't fit or any other reason they want.
