Dear ebay Customer Service
Please write to me why it is high charge? £ 737.40
17 Dec 2017 to 16 Jan 2018 I could only sell one item. People bidding and not paying the bills. I wrote this to you as well. That's why I did auction that item again. 14 Jan 2018 / 277stevieb / Steve who won the bid, only paid for the item. What I can prove to you with Paypal accounts. Please check it out. I want to work with you. but this fee is £ 737.40, too big a charge after selling a batch. Any bill I show you what you want. There is only one successful product sold.
Please check everything.

There is no point writing to eBay as no email accounts are monitored

• If an item has not been paid for 48 hours after the listing ended then you can open an unpaid case here http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ (you have up to 32 days to do this if you wish to allow the buyer longer to pay but 2 days is the earliest)

• After opening the case if payment has still not been received after 4 more full days then return to the case & close as unpaid to request a fee credit
•
• Once a case has been closed you can then relist or make a second chance offer to the underbidder
•
• Once an unpaid case has been opened the transaction cannot be cancelled, only closing the case after 4 days will do this
•
• You should not simply cancel a transaction as it may leave you with fees to pay & a selling defect
•
• When a case has been closed in your favour as the seller then the buyer receives a damaging unpaid strike against their account & NEITHER of you may leave feedback

The only way to get the final value fees back is openeing unpaid cases against the buyers who didn't pay, if not ebay don't know it didn't sell. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

WE are not customer service we are members like youself

You sold the same one or more of the same item 4 times

If you only got paid once then you should have opened not payment disputes for the rest of them.

If you are in time then open them now but I think at least one you are out of time so will have to pay the fees

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees

You have 32 days to open a dispute

Ebay dont do looking at bills

You have to use the tools on ebay to let them see you did not get paid
