I’ve just sold a item but she was bidding on behalf of friend it sold then she asked me to sell to under bidder eBay said type in search bar they caddy but nothings coming up please help

Your not obliged to offer to an under bidder,assuming you had other bids at lower amounts.

You can contact the next bidder from an option under More Actions drop down menu to the right of the item sold. You must close the first transaction first, with an unpaid item case opened and closed 4 days later, to retrieve your fees, or you will pay them twice.

It's not up to a successful buyer to tell you what to do [whether or not bidding for a friend]! She is responsible to go through with the purchase.

You have incurred eBay's fees and the only way is to open a non-payer case and close after 4 days. Only then can you offer to the underbidder [who is not obliged to accept] or to relist.

The original "buyer" will get a defect and you will get a fee credit. If you sell to the underbidder then you will be charged again [presumably at the lower bid]

What you have here is a non-paying bidder and you must deal with that first:

Whatever the excuse the person who was the winning bidder has now refused to pay. A non-payment case is the only sure way to get your final value fees refunded and it will also discourage this non-payer from doing it again.

They will receive a strike on their account. They can and will be blocked from bidding by all sensible sellers if they get 2 non-payment strikes in 12 months.

Make sure your buyer preferences are set as tight as possible:

and block this person from bidding on any more of your items:
