      <description>I agreed the returns request and the Ebay page said I had to upload a returns label for the buyer, and to purchase one and upload it I need both mine and the buyers address. It is a bit complicated because I sent it through global shipping programme.</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1952699"&gt;@2012bespoke&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You cannot return items via GSP.....they can only be returned using a normal postal service&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure why you are accepting an international return&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not as described should not require a return as they are supposed to be inspected by Pitney Bowes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You cannot issue overseas postage labels</description>
