How can I arrange a partial refund

I need to refund part costs. How do I do this as I can only see full cancellation

Sing into paypal and there is a refund link

You click on it and then put in how much you want to refund

Check carefully before submitting it

You get the paypal fees back on that amount but will not get the ebay final fees back

It seems unfair not to have ebay fees rebated, but if not other way I'll have to.

Why are you refunding a partial refund

If it was a full refund then you would get your ebay fees back too.

To get the ebay fees back you have to go through a dispute on ebay
then you would get them back

He bought 2 items and paid rather than get dual post discount.
I will partial refund via PayPal.

He should have waited and you could have sent a revised invoice
Too late of course now
Depending on how much you are refunding it will be 10% of that amount you lose so if postage probably not a lot of money
