Leaving Negative Feedback

I am not being allowed t leave a negative Feedback even though the page offers the Feedback I want to send. eBay have told me this is a bogus seller and I will not get my order and maybb not my money back either, so shy am I being denied the opportunity to a/ warn others and b/ tell the seller what I think. Has anyone else experienced this prob lem?

If eBay have removed the fraudulent seller, then it is for the good for everyone, as they will not be able to sell on eBay, so no need to warn anyone.

If you need a refund, you do have 180 days to claim from paypal.

It does seem that eBay have removed this item from the listings but PayPal say they cannot refund.....I'm looking into this 😡
