    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't do it that way.&amp;nbsp; If it is an auction and there are no bids + more than 12 hours to go, simply revise the starting price to the amount agreed and invite them to bid.&amp;nbsp; If they do (many don't) then you can end the listing early to sell to the highest bidder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doing an off-site deal could jeopardise both your accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
