      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid that anything said by Customer Support cannot be taken as binding on you or the other party. This CS agent was just giving you a personal opinion and possibly (probably) telling you what they thought you wanted to hear.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The only definite answer that you get when a case is opened is the one that informs you of eBay's decision.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eBay does not, in any case, deal with routine problems by email.&amp;nbsp; There is no email address available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't see the point ringing them becoz they just talking aload of&amp;nbsp;*** to us telling us that i have listed it correctly as a used item. But the buyer opens a case on me saying that the item is damaged because there was speckles of skin on the item. I was like **bleep** its a used item. You can see via the pictures the white marks. But still the buyer gets protected, wheres the&amp;nbsp; protection for the sellers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you talk to Customer Support in the way you are writing here to your fellow-eBayers you may find it difficult to get help anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't understand why a used item would have 'speckles of skin' on it. I think I would reject that without even a trace of buyer's remorse.</description>
