Bought from a fraud

Hi guys,

I've an issue with a seller. I bought an item, swiftly paid for it and was promised it to be shipped on Friday. However, the order hasn't been posted until next Tuesday, seller didn't bother explaining, when asked, gave a bunch of made up stories. Item still hasn't arrived (after 10+ days). Tracking service confirms that. Told her I demand full refund, she lies that it has been delivered in spite of what myhermes says. Also, she is really foul mouthed and can't stop messaging me. How can I get my money back, block her and report her to ebay?

Open a case for "item not recieved". If it still doesn't come you can close the case after 8 full days and as long as tracking does not show delivery you will get a refund.

There is no option to report, as ebay removed the option to do so.

If you got to "account >> site preferences", scroll down to block bidders. Add her to your blocked bidder list and there should also be an option to block messages from anyone on the list. However, as you have recently been in a transaction with this person it might not work on this occasion. It will help for the future though. Other than that, don't give her the reaction she's looking for. Ignore her completely, and she'll eventually get bored.
