You can accept a return for a refund and you do not have to provide a partial refund.

Either they want the item or they don't and eBay do not get involved in partial refunds, it's a full refund upon return or nothing.

If they go on to open a case for a return then you'd need to refund them in full as well as the partial that you already made as it wont get taken into account.

Hello there,

I have been asked to partially refund me for jeans on a basis i did not describe them correctly.

However, the buyer wanted to get the refund to buy a dye to dye those jeansthe jeans, which does not make sense., as jeans will be washed again..

If I totally refund the person, will it still be possible for her to leave a feedback?

So I believe, it is a blackmail to get the money from me.

I will be happy to refund her of course, but she refused that option.

Regards,

Olga
