I’ve put the wrong size in my ad

I’ve described a dress as a UK8 but I think it’s actually a US label, which equates to a UK12. Someone has already bid on my item before I realised my mistake, how can I contact them to let them know it’s not the size they thought it was? Thanks!

Cancel their bid and end the listing, they're not going to want the dress if it's 2 sizesl arger than what you've put.

Well obviously they won’t but I want to explain what’s happened so that they don’t think I’m a dodgy dealer! When I’ve had bids cancelled on me before when I’ve been buying you don’t get an explanation as to why it’s been cancelled do you and I just wondered if there was a way to explain.

Er...I don’t know how to message them, there is no button for ‘contact bidder’ like there is a button for ‘contact seller’...hence my question!
