      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish to&amp;nbsp;share and learn from my disappointing experience as a buyer with the global shipping program but I cannot find a means of contacting a representative.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Seller urged me to contact the global shipping program several times, but did not provide me with a contact. In ebay there is no clear way of how to contact&amp;nbsp;a global shipping program representitive&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I experienced a very slow postage service (1 month from UK to Malta!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. 2 items arrived in 1 package but I had to pay individually i.e. 1 package but I paid for&amp;nbsp;2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Due to my disappointing experience with this shipment I will not purchase any other items&amp;nbsp;to which shipping is offered&amp;nbsp;via the Global Shipping Program unless there is a&amp;nbsp;clear means of communication between seller / shipper / buyer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. If I am disappointed with the shipping to whom shall I rate the poor service? The seller for not getting in touch with the ebay global shipping and ractify the issue, or the shipper which after all is eBay's service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your feedback appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gary&lt;/P&gt;</description>
