I had an invitation to sell and pay no more than £3 in final value fees.
How do I know if I'm signed up, and if I'm not how do I sign up?

Any promotion offered to you will be shown in your Promotional Offer section on your homepage.

The sell for £3 max promo I received has ended now, unless another has been offered?

Well the promotions have been very regular, but some do not last long, and are not always accompanied by an email, so always worth checking that promo section regularly. As to when the next one will be, it is completely randomly applied!
