    <description>For a not as described dispute.&lt;BR /&gt;You open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre and escalate it after another 8 days&lt;BR /&gt;The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return&lt;BR /&gt;If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute&lt;BR /&gt;You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Read up on the Ebay money back guarantee&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/" target="_blank"&gt;http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>Seller accepted return but hasn't sent return label</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I received an item that was not as described (clearly worn filthy shoes described as new never worn), after a push seller accepts my return request (initially arguing that they wouldn't pay the return postage then only wanting to pay half, but gave in when I stuck to my guns). &amp;nbsp;I raised a return request via eBay and the seller accepted, I received an email from eBay saying the seller had accepted my return and had sent a return label, but I had not received a return label. &amp;nbsp;7 days later and numerous chasing emails sent I still don't have a returns label. &amp;nbsp;I can't seem to escalate to ebay again as the status of this return is showing as I need to return the item and confirm dispatch. &amp;nbsp;What do I do how do I get a returns label ? Or escalate this to ebay&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the seller does not send the pre paid label for the return then you escalate the dispute to ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do that by going to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The option to escalate only appears after 8 full days of opening the dispute to the minute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is 7 days then go back in another day&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you I need to be patient for a further day or two then, will probably leave it till Monday then escalate if I still haven't had the prepaid label thanks</description>
