      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a faulty item following instructions from the seller 2 weeks ago but have not received a replacement or refund or any form of communication from them. &amp;nbsp;Status just comes up as waiting for return. &amp;nbsp;I have proof of posting. &amp;nbsp;Where do I stand? &amp;nbsp;Ebay say they are dropping the case in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Every time I try to escalate to ebay it takes me round in circles and just says the seller is waiting for the return. Not sure how else to escalate it to ebay.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The seller is saying that he has not received the item back and that th3 tracking reference did not show anything. I used his return label and got proof of posting. Is this not good enough. I don’t know what to do and cant seem to find the righ5 link to contact ebay. Should I go to Paypal? We are talking about less than a fiver but it’s the principal as I hate con artists.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who didn't ask you to track it ? If you mean the seller, then of course they didn't - that's how they get away without refunding. You couldn't have followed the instructions in ebays money back guarantee, because if you had, the seller would have been made to send you a pre paid &lt;STRONG&gt;tracked&lt;/STRONG&gt; returns label. If they thought it wasn't worth the extra postage they can just refund you without return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I escalated this to ebay and they said that as the seller had supplied the postage label delivery was their responsibility. They immediately refunded my money. I guess these types of sellers do not bank on buyers being so persistent over small value items. Justice done and case closed.</description>
